eCAMPUS (Campus Automation Solution for Training Establishments)

As the name suggests this is an Academic ERP for the Students Life Cycle including approximately 36 modules integrated. This solution covers various ERP Modules covering the working of a University, College, School or any Training Establishment.

Any Institute having multiple Courses, branches, Trades, Faculties, conducting Skills Courses, Degree Programmes or Certificate Courses, Long term or Shortterm courses, with multiple batches running simultaneously and different teaching patterns, can be automated easily.

  • Modules included in our Academic Campus Management solution : Admission Process, Students Fees, Training Section for Academic Structure and Syllabus with links to the eLearning Management; Block Activity Charts, Weekly Training Program or Time Table preparation; Examination and Evaluation Module including Question Bank with Qs Paper generation; Exam Conduction; Merit Preparation and Result declaration; Fees of supervisors, etc.
  • Other Modules that cover the Administrative processes and functions in the campus have also been automated including : Budget & Funds with Stores & Inventory; Quarter allotments and Rations; Institute Bus or Fleet maintenance and Demands; HR and Payroll of Teaching, Non-teaching staff, Technical, Adjunct & contractual staff. Students Portal, Staff Portal are configured with Main Academic ERP
