Our Solution

Our solution consisted of the following modules – Online appln. form, ICR tool for hand-written forms, Question Bank Module, Computer Based Exam Module, OMR Based Exam Module, Result Analysis, IVRS etc. The solution was integrated with Biometrics.
The online exam module shot random questions of various difficulty levels. Care was taken for H/W & N/W failure. The OMR exam module was developed in a manner in which the OMR sheets could be printed on normal printing sheets. Every sheet had a BAR Code without any numbers and a water-mark
The solution was highly secure and tamper-free
Complications / Requirements

The organization doesn’t want any human intervention to do the data entry of the applications forms received by post
Thus, an Intelligent Character Recognition tool has to be built with very high accuracy to read the hand-written and typed application forms
Based on the QR for every post, the applicants have to be short-listed
A question bank has to be created
The Online and OMR exams have to be error free
The entire process has to be transparent, highly secure and confidential. The entire solution has to extremely user-friendly
